The contract says one thing. The team is doing another. The budget ran out three weeks ago and nobody noticed. Status is whatever the last person in the room said, and the client finds out before you do.
Six things, plainly.
Milestones that update themselves
Finish a task and its milestone moves. Milestones roll up into the project’s health. Nobody has to type a percentage.
One plan, two views
A task board for the team and a Gantt chart for the manager. Same tasks, same owners, same due dates.
See who is overloaded
Hours per person for the next four weeks. If someone is over 100%, you see it before the deadline slips.
Budget against spend, live
Every expense and supplier bill booked to a project shows against its contract value the moment it is entered.
Green, amber or red, with a reason
Health is worked out from real dates and real spend. Any move to amber or red needs a written reason.
A status report in one click
Summary, milestones, tasks and budget exported as a PDF you can send straight to the client.
Plan the work. Know who is free. Keep it on budget.

Straight answers.
Does this replace WhatsApp for site updates?
It replaces the guessing that comes after. Update a task and its milestone, project health and budget move on their own. Nobody has to remember to tell anyone.
Who decides if a project is green, amber or red?
The system does, from real dates and real spend. Whenever a project moves to amber or red, a written reason is required, so the reason is always on record.
Can my client see progress directly?
Yes. Through the client portal, or with a one-click status PDF you export and send whenever you choose.
Do I need a separate accounting tool for budgets?
No. Expenses and supplier costs booked to a project post straight against its contract value, using the same figures the Finance module already tracks.
What happens to capacity when someone is on leave?
Leave approved in the Staff module is removed from that person’s four-week view automatically, so the hours shown are hours they can actually work.
Do I have to move my old projects across?
No. Start with your next project. Work already under way finishes the way it started, and you bring across only what you choose to.
Your next project should not need a phone call to explain itself.
Set it up before the next milestone is due. 14 days free, every module included, and our team walks you through it.
